If you need to change or cancel your appointment we ask for at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 100% applies to appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice if we cannot fill your appointment from the waitlist. We also charge the full massage fee if the therapist arrives and you are not home or if you cancel the massage at this time.

Exceptions are made for induction massage bookings, please discuss with reception at the time of booking.
