These charges apply to all suburbs within a 10km radius of Melbourne’s CBD. Additional charges apply to suburbs outside this range and for any paid parking rates that the therapist incurs, e.g. parking meters and hospital parking costs.

Once the treatment is complete and payment is received you will be issued a receipt to claim through extras in your private health insurance.
